Scheduled water changes
One of the main factors to a successful aquarium is regularly scheduled water changes.
- Monthly or Weekly schedules
- Refill fresh water revisor with fresh filtered (RODI) water
- Replace old water with fresh filtered water and premium salts for saltwater aquariums
- Change or clean filtration media
- Clean glass
Parameter Testing
Having the correct parameters, specifically the 5 big ones (Salinity, Alk, Calc, Mag, Nitrates), can make the difference between a thriving aquarium and a dead one.
- Check the 5 major parameters (Salinity, Alk, Calc, Mag, Nitrates)
- Check other less frequently checked parameters as needed (i.e. Phosphates, Ammonia, etc.)
- Add missing additives if needed (Alk, Calc, Mag)
Inspection and Livestock Maintenance
We will take the time to inspect your livestock and equipment to ensure everything is in good health and working order. If needed we can frag overgrown corals or plants to keep your tank looking great and ensure the health of your corals and plants.
